    The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

  2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

    The purchase contract is concluded with upparel GmbH. By placing the products in the online shop, we are submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

    The languages ​​available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English. We save the text of the contract and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email.   4. Terms of delivery

  5. Payment

    The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

    • Prepayment

      If you choose to pay in advance, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

    • Sofortüberweisung

      You can also use the »Sofort-Überweisung« payment method from SOFORT GmbH, Fußbergstr. 1, 82131 Gauting. In principle, every internet user can use instant transfer as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure. You have to note that the immediate transfer is not yet available at a few banks. If the "Sofortüberweisung" service is used, Upparel receives the transfer credit immediately, which speeds up order processing (shipping takes place after credit). All you need is your account number or IBAN, bank code, PIN and TAN. Via the secure payment form from SOFORT GmbH, www.sofortueberweisung.de automatically and in real time places a transfer in your online bank account. The purchase amount is immediately and immediately transferred to Upparel's bank account. This service is free of charge for you, you may only have to pay the fees (transfer fee) of your house bank.

    • Klarna purchase on account (Pay Later)

  6. Reservation of title

    The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

  7. Transport damage

    If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. But you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
