Order from OGNX

How can I pay with you?

To guarantee you a safe shopping experience, we offer you the following services: PayPal Express Checkout, Shopify Payments (visa, mastercard, amex, maestro), Sofortüberweisung, Klarna purchase on account, Apple pay, Google pay, Amazon pay, and prepayment (SEPA transfer). How do I find the right size?

Despite standardized size tables, clothes turn out differently. Not every piece of clothing always fits the same. It is crucial that you feel comfortable. You can orientate yourself in our size table . We have deliberately avoided using "flattering sizes" (Vanity Sizing). If a piece of clothing turns out to be smaller or larger than usual, we have noted this in the product description.

How do I return an item?

The article does not fit, or does it not meet your expectations? No problem. Of course, you can return your new sportswear within 14 days and we will refund the value of the goods as soon as possible, depending on the originally selected payment method. Simply use the return slip in the package.

Refunds via wire transfer usually take more time. Further details on returns can be found here .

Can I cancel my order later?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can use a link in the email to edit or cancel your order.

How does the e-gift card work

Choose the amount of money you want to top up your OGNX Gift Card with. After payment you will receive the Gift Card as an email with a discount code. You can print out this email and forward it to the recipient.

My order is a gift. Are the prices visible on the label?

Our prices cannot be seen on the label or on the enclosed delivery note. They are listed on the return slip though that comes with every parcel.

Can I combine different discount codes with each other?

Our shop system currently does not allow different voucher codes to be combined with one another.

 

Production

Which seals have been awarded to your materials?

Seals serve as a guide for consumers. Unfortunately there is no standardized award or listing in Germany. While many of our production facilities are GOTS, Ökotex or Greenpeace certified, we have currently actively decided against certification of our own label or our materials, as the test is very time-consuming and costs a lot of money. Instead, we put our financial and human resources into sourcing new, innovative and sustainable materials.
In this way we guarantee the production of the highest quality, fairest and most environmentally friendly products at all times. We are in close contact with all of our suppliers and visit them regularly in order to convince ourselves of the good working conditions on site and to promote a trusting relationship.

Why do you have production in China even though you are sustainable?

In the past we have had parts of our activewear produced in China. Thanks to the use of high-tech machines for the automatic production of clothing, our two partners in China and Taiwan are true pioneers and co-creators of fashion production 4.0. The use of the most modern sealing and laser cutting machines as well as fully automatic pocket sewing machines enable us to reduce waste and precisely process the materials. Together with our partner in Taiwan, we develop our highly functional fabrics with consistent quality and can quickly incorporate customer feedback thanks to the digital infrastructure. We were able to personally convince ourselves of the high standards and safety regulations that are adhered to at work on site in both companies.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our sportswear to all yogis in Europe. On our shipping page you can find information about the shipping costs of the individual countries.


How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free above 50 €. Smaller orders cost € 4.90 shipping charges.
Shipping to Austria costs € 9.90
Shipping within the European Union is € 11.90.

Do you offer pick and collect?

As a pure online shop, we send our goods from our warehouse in Herzberg am Harz with the help of a shipping service provider. Pick and collect is therefore not possible.

Do you offer express shipping?

We are proud of our particularly fast order and shipping processing. Your new OGNX Yogawear will usually be with you in 1-2 working days, even without express delivery.

My goods are damaged or incomplete

Please contact our customer service directly via shop@ognx.com. Elena will help you as soon as possible and find a solution.
